As Manager Crew Scheduling TUI fly The Netherlands you will ensure an optimized planning of all flight- and cabin crew members until 72h before departure of the flights, including operational and commercial training duties. You will aim for operational excellence by balancing commercial and operational requirements within the forecasted budget, training and manpower plan, while upholding compliance with applicable legal- and company regulations. In your job as Manager Crew Scheduling you will represent the scheduling department in social fora and you will play a key role in cross departmental themes. Moreover, you will prepare management information on crew scheduling and related topics for the Head of Scheduling TUI fly Benelux, to enable fact-based, quick and efficient decision making. In this position you will contribute directly to the TUI goals profitability, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
•You have a bachelor´s degree in logistics or any other comparable/relevant discipline
•You are a strong people manager with significant operational experience
•You have experience in a scheduling and leadership role

Crew Scheduling TUI fly The Netherlands is responsible for the implementation of the scheduling policy, processes and procedures and for the translation into rosters for flight and cabin crew members. We aim for operational excellence while doing so. Our department is responsible that rosters are published in a correct and timely manner taking into account all training requirements. Our team consists of 8 schedulers who ensure that their delivery meets the defined quality and quantity. The Manager Crew Scheduling will frequently report to the Head of Scheduling TUI fly Benelux on performance and trends, in order to initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement.
